One plus years of experience in shipping preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Cross trains in other areas to learn Supply Chain processes.Maintains accurate records and assists in inventory control processes.Follows department SOPs and work instructions and adheres to Argen receiving standards.Ensures receipt of materials, and stocks the incoming items in an organized and timely manner.Correctly labels incoming materials and stores them in their designated place.Updates the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with receipt information and status.Verifies material quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.Inspects contents for damage or contamination.Unloads and unpacks materials and products.Receives incoming shipments and completes shipping carrier paperwork upon receipt.In this role, the successful candidate will: Duties include receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments and checking contents against the original purchase order. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all incoming shipments of materials and products are processed accurately and in adherence to Argen's processes.
